Cancellation, returns, refunds, chargebacks — the actual rules, not the fine print.
You can cancel your order any time before we ship it. The reservation on your unit(s) is released and refunded to your original payment method in full.
Once we've handed the package to the carrier, the order is in transit — cancellation stops applying and the case moves to the returns flow below.
Something showed up and you just don't want it? Return it within 30 days of delivery, in the condition we shipped it, and we'll refund the item price. Return shipping is on you unless there's a material problem.
Contact us before shipping the return so we can flag the incoming and prioritize inspection.
If the piece doesn't match what the listing said — the actual size, color, condition, batch, provenance, whatever — that's on us. Return-before-refund applies (you send it back with tracking, we refund on receipt) and return shipping is covered.
Photos before shipping the return help resolve the case faster. This isn't required, but it protects both sides.
If we sent you the wrong piece, we send you the correct one and pay for the incorrect one to come back. If the correct piece isn't available at the time of the case, full refund and you keep or return the shipped item at our expense.
Photograph the damaged package + item on receipt (external damage on the box or mailer, then the piece). Contact us within 7 days. We open the carrier claim and issue a replacement or refund from our side — you don't have to wait for the carrier to finish theirs.
If your tracking stalls and the carrier declares it lost or unrecoverable, we replace the item (if we can restock) or refund. We require carrier confirmation before opening the remedy — otherwise there's no signal to distinguish "delayed" from "lost" from "stolen after delivery," and we'd rather wait a day for real data than get any of those wrong.
For material issues (mismatch, wrong item, damage) we run return-before-refund by default: you send it back with tracking, we refund the full amount plus return shipping on receipt and inspection.
Exceptions exist. If a piece is clearly unusable or unsellable and the photos are conclusive, we can settle without a return. That call is ours to make case by case, and we lean toward the buyer when the evidence is clear.
If we materially misrepresented an item and you'd rather keep it than return, we can settle for a partial refund reflecting the difference between what you paid and what the piece actually is. Both sides have to agree.
If a case is open with us, please don't file a chargeback while we're still resolving it in good faith — chargebacks lock the payment provider and cost us time and money that could go into fixing the actual problem. Contact us first. If we're not responsive or refusing, then file.
Fraudulent chargebacks — chargebacks filed on delivered, undisputed orders without a real dispute on the piece — get contested with the carrier proof, packing photos and communication history. We win most of those, but the process is painful for everyone.
Buyers who ship-and-chargeback, file mass fraudulent claims, resell in a way that damages our supplier relationships, or harass staff / other buyers may have future orders declined. We tell you why if this happens.
Your ship-to address stays with your order. It's not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties beyond the carrier that delivers your package. If you sign up for Plus, up to three saved addresses live on your account — you can delete any of them at any time.
We store the minimum needed to run the business: order state, payment evidence, delivery evidence, review evidence. That's it.
These policies are the rules we operate by. If a real situation doesn't fit cleanly, contact us — we'd rather work through it directly than hide behind a policy line that wasn't written for your case.
