What "reservation slot" actually means

A reservation locks a real, sellable, in-house unit for you specifically for the hold window your tier gets. Nobody else can buy it while you're deciding. If you don't order before the window closes, the unit goes back to the shop.

At most 50% of the currently-available pool of a given SKU can be reserved at once, so a rush of Elite/Max reservations can never completely gate a piece from the public. See how it works for the whole flow.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in your account. You keep access through the period you already paid for — no pro-rated refund, no early lockout. When the paid window ends you drop back to the free tier and your reservation slots release.

If a Stripe renewal fails, we hold your active status for 24 hours so a temporary payment hiccup doesn't cost you Plus. Update your card during that window and everything continues.

What Plus does not do

Plus never overrides first-access: if a piece is in the earlier-notified qualifying-Plus first-access window from an earlier request, Elite or Max doesn't get to jump. It's a queue-position system, not a bribe system.

Plus never unlocks hidden inventory. Everything a Plus member sees, a free user sees too — Plus just has better hold windows and slot counts on that same inventory.

Note for LO: The four "Coming soon" CTAs are placeholders. Once you mint the Stripe checkout links per tier (see docs/STRIPE-SETUP.md), replace each /discord href with the corresponding Stripe URL. The webhook at /api/stripe-webhook takes it from there.
